Who I Am
Twenty Years of Turning Ideas into Action
An entrepreneurship educator, startup mentor, consultant, and author with over twenty years of experience helping individuals and institutions turn ideas into action.
My work sits at the intersection of academia and real business. I have taught at universities in multiple countries, mentored startups at Harvard Innovation Labs, and provided hands-on consulting services to organizations ranging from early-stage startups to multinationals.
What makes my approach different is the conscious rejection of motivational clichés and popular coaching jargon. Instead, I rely on analytical frameworks, evidence-based models, and direct — sometimes uncomfortable — honesty. Because real growth doesn't come from inspiration alone. It comes from clarity, strategy, and consistent implementation.
Over the years I have worked with entrepreneurs building their first company, executives navigating career transitions, mid-sized businesses seeking new markets, and large institutions restructuring for growth. The context changes. The fundamental question remains the same: What does it actually take to get from here to where you want to be?
